Eligibility Criteria for OMFED Recruitment 2026
Post-wise Educational Qualification & Experience
General Manager (Finance)
Degree with CA or CMA qualification and 5–10 years post-qualification experience in manufacturing, preferably in dairy, food processing, cooperative sector, or Government PSU, including 3 years in a managerial role.
General Manager (Marketing)
B.Tech/BE (Dairy/Food Technology) or Degree in Business Administration or relevant postgraduate qualification, preferably MBA in Marketing/PGDRM, with 5–10 years experience, including 3 years at managerial level in food or dairy sector.
Deputy General Manager (Dairy Operation)
Full-time B.Tech in Dairy/Food Technology. MBA in Production/Operations (2 years) is desirable. Requires 5–10 years experience in milk federation/dairy unit with 3 years handling automated dairy processing units.
Manager (HR)
Graduate with strong academic background. PG Diploma/Degree in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or MBA (HR) is desirable. Law/Labour Law and SAP/ERP exposure are added advantages. Requires 5–10 years experience, including 3 years in managerial HR role.
Deputy Manager (Cattle Feed Plant)
B.Tech/BE (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation) or relevant postgraduate degree with MBA in Operations/Production Management and 3–7 years experience in cattle feed plant operations.
Deputy Manager (Quality Control)
Graduate/Postgraduate in Dairy/Food Technology, Dairy Chemistry, or Dairy Microbiology with 5–10 years experience, including 3 years in Quality Control/FSSAI compliance. SAP/ERP knowledge preferred.
Junior Assistant (Laboratory)
Graduate/Postgraduate in Dairy/Food Technology, Dairy Chemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biotechnology. 2 years experience preferred, though freshers may also apply.
