Eligibility Criteria for OMFED Recruitment 2026
Post-wise Educational Qualification & Experience
General Manager (Finance)
Candidates must possess a Degree with CA or CMA qualification. A minimum of 5–10 years post-qualification experience in the manufacturing industry is required, preferably in the dairy, food processing, cooperative sector, or Government PSU, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
General Manager (Marketing)
Candidates should have B.Tech/BE (Dairy/Food Technology) or Degree in Business Administration or a relevant postgraduate qualification, preferably MBA in Marketing/PGDRM. Required experience is 5–10 years, including 3 years in a managerial position in the food or dairy sector.
Deputy General Manager (Dairy Operation)
Full-time B.Tech in Dairy Technology/Food Technology is mandatory. A 2-year MBA in Production/Operations is desirable. Candidates must have 5–10 years of experience in a milk federation or dairy unit, including 3 years handling an automated dairy processing unit.
Manager (HR)
Graduation with a strong academic record is required. PG Diploma/Degree in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or MBA (HR) is desirable. Degree in Law/Labour Law and exposure to SAP/ERP will be an added advantage. Minimum 5–10 years experience, with the last 3 years in a managerial HR role, is mandatory.
Deputy Manager (Cattle Feed Plant)
Candidates must have B.Tech/BE (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation) or a relevant postgraduate degree with MBA in Operations/Production Management. Minimum 3–7 years experience in cattle feed plant operations is required.
Deputy Manager (Quality Control)
Graduate/Postgraduate in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Dairy Chemistry, or Dairy Microbiology. Candidates should have 5–10 years experience in dairy or food industry, including 3 years in Quality Control/FSSAI compliance. SAP/ERP knowledge is desirable.
Junior Assistant (Laboratory)
Graduate/Postgraduate in Dairy/Food Technology, Dairy Chemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biotechnology. Minimum 2 years experience is preferred; however, freshers can also apply.
Junior Assistant (P&I)
Bachelor’s degree (+3 Arts/Science/Commerce) with basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, data entry). Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak Odia fluently and must have passed Odia at HSC level or equivalent.
