Essential Educational Qualification & Experience

Candidates must fulfill any one of the following qualification criteria:

Route 21 Year DMLT + 1 Year relevant experience in a recognized organization
Route 32 Years field/laboratory experience in a Government-recognized organization
Special NoteB.Sc degree will be treated as 3 years’ experience

As part of the selection process, candidates will be required to appear for a skill test during the interview.

Nature of Duties

The selected Laboratory Technician will be responsible for duties related to HIV surveillance and epidemiology, including:

Key Responsibilities
Collection, storage, and transportation of biological samples
Secure storage of consumables as per approved protocols
Blood sample collection using Dried Blood Spot (DBS) method
Packaging and transport of samples as per SOPs
Documentation of all laboratory and logistic procedures

District Preference

Preference will be given to candidates belonging to the Sundargarh and Ganjam districts of Odisha, subject to eligibility and suitability.
